"Pizzeria Owner Puts Degree to Good Use"
Gilbert, AZ, March 1, 2007 - June 2006 saw a select handful of pizzeria owners
assembled in Las Vegas for the Pizza Insight Super Conference, a series of
closed-door sessions led by three of the leading experts in the pizza business.
Those assembled discussed national and global trends along with the newest, hottest
most profitable ideas for the pizza industry.
Andy Dell, owner of Rino D's Pizza And Wings at 1515 North Gilbert Road was among
the 35 member group of hand-picked pizzeria operators. "It was a privilege to be
among this group. I am anxious to bring home some fresh ideas", said Dell. Dell
earned a certificate of achievement in marketing.
As Rino's approaches their 10 year anniversary, they already have a few notches
under their belt. High standards of cleanliness have been met, scoring 100% on
health inspections and receiving Gold stars, the highest score given, on every
inspection since 2004. Numerous endorsements including Gilbert Mayor, Steve Berman
and the People's Choice Award for Best Pizza Strong community ties such as an
ongoing commitment to the Gilbert school district where 10% of the store's entire
revenue of the first and third Monday of every month is donated the school's band;
firmly root Dell in the area. This is reinforced by a New Movers program, where
Dell provides a complimentary pizza to new residents of Gilbert. Old fashioned
hospitality and ingenious marketing make Dell a breath of fresh air in today's
competitive market.

What is next for Rino D's? "We rolled out a new pizza called the Buffalo Chicken
Pizza and we will soon be rolling out a Buffalo chicken sandwich. We create our
wing sauces ourselves and that's why it's so unique", said Dell. He adds that the
store uses 750 pounds of chicken weekly so these items seemed to flow naturally into
